WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT?
Cancellation Policy
At SAGE Hair Studios, we're all about giving you the best experience. To keep
everything running smoothly, here’s a
quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

Cancel within 48 hours of your appointment? A 50% cancellation fee applies.

Missed your appointment without notice? That’s a 100% no-show fee.

Need to reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours in advance? No worries—there’s no penalty.

We offer a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals, but after that, it’s considered a no-show.

We understand that life happens, but our
time is valuable to all our clients.
By booking with us, you agree to these policies, which we strictly follow.
We’ll send reminders via text and email
5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours
before your appointment.
Just a heads up: not responding to these reminders doesn’t count as canceling.
To avoid fees, make sure to cancel at least
48 hours in advance.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE TO HANG OUT DURNING MY APPOINTMENT?
For the best experience,
we recommend coming solo​
Leave the little ones and extra guests at home so we can focus on making your
visit as relaxing as possible.
Feel free to bring a Starbucks or snack, but we’ve got plenty of refreshments covered—from Nespresso coffee and sparkling waters to wine and cocktails, plus a variety of
tasty snacks to keep you fueled
during longer appointments.

If grabbing a coffee makes you late, please give us a call. We want to ensure
you get your dream hair,
but arriving 10 minutes late may limit what we can do. If you're more than
20 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule.

at the Parkridge Shopping Center
in Manassas, conveniently just off I-66.

No need to stress about parking—there are plenty of spots right out front, making your arrival easy.

For a touch of exclusivity, you’ll need
a private guest code to enter the
main door, but don’t worry!
The code is included in your
confirmation email and sent via
text on the morning of your
appointment, so you're all set.

If you arrive a little early, come on in, relax, and feel free to use the restroom or grab a drink while we finish up with our current client.
