Mandatory Pre-Purchase Requirements

All clients must complete the New Client Extension Form and schedule an extension consultation before any hair can be purchased. This step is essential to plan your custom extension method, ensure accurate color matching, and determine the necessary type and amount of hair.

Consultation Process

During your consultation, our experienced stylist will assess your hair type, discuss your styling goals, select the most suitable extension method, and perform a precise color match. Only after this step can you place your order.

Non-Transferable Purchases

Hair extensions purchased through Afterpay are non-transferable. This means that the extensions are custom ordered for your specific service and cannot be used for other clients or transferred between products or services.

Adherence to Salon Policies

All existing Sage Hair Studios policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are strictly enforced. If an install appointment is canceled without proper notice or missed entirely, fees as outlined in our cancellation policy will be applied. This policy helps protect both your service time and our scheduling process.

Deposit Protection

Payment plans initiated through Afterpay act as a deposit to secure your hair and appointment. Should any last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows occur that violate our salon policies, this deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
