BEFORE your 

You’ll receive a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment, giving you the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. If we don’t hear back, your appointment will remain scheduled as planned.

For new clients, please complete all required forms and waivers before your visit and take a moment to review our Salon Policies to avoid any surprises.

​

We know life gets busy, but we kindly ask that you arrive with no more than two days of unwashed hair. And don’t forget to bring a few inspiration photos so we can create your perfect look!

​

Existing clients planning a style change, please let us know ahead of time so we can schedule the right services and ensure your transformation is flawless.

During 

Appointment

Enjoy your visit with our curated selection of refreshments, including bottled still or sparkling water, sodas, Nespresso coffee, or hot tea.

​

For guests 21 and over, treat yourself to wine, champagne, or our signature “adult juice box” for a playful twist on relaxation.

​

Need to stay productive? Bring your laptop, and we’ll transform your station into a cozy in-salon workspace with access to fast, password-protected Wi-Fi.

​

Prefer to unwind? Sit back, relax, and enjoy a classic rom-com on our salon TV (subtitles only, because we totally get the need to avoid overstimulation).

Whether you’re here to chill or check things off your to-do list, we’ve got everything you need to make your experience just right.

First time

at SAGE?

  • Plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.

  • We’re located inside Sola Salons, right between Bath & Body Works and Vitamin World. Once inside, head to Studio #1 on the right.

  • If we’re finishing up with another client, relax in our waiting chairs. Enjoy a snack or drink, or feel free to visit the restrooms at the back of Sola.

  • Be sure to complete the new guest consultation form before your visit. Your stylist will review it with you, answer any questions, and discuss your hair history, current needs, and future goals to create your perfect, custom style.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SAGE Policies

​At SAGE Hair Studios, we’re all about giving you the best experience.

 

To keep everything running smoothly for all clients, here’s a quick overview of our cancellation policy:

​

  • Cancel within 48 hours? A 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • Missed your appointment without notice? This will be treated as a no-show with a 100% fee.

  • Need to reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours in advance? No penalty—just let us know!

  • Running a bit late? We offer a 20-minute grace period. If you’re later than that, it will be considered a no-show.

We understand that unexpected things happen, but our time is dedicated to each client’s needs. By booking with us, you agree to these policies, which we uphold consistently.

Important: Not responding to reminders does not count as a cancellation. Be sure to reach out more than 48 hours ahead if you need to cancel to avoid fees.

Late Arrival

We totally get that life happens, but we ask that you try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might not be able to give you the full service and may have to reschedule.

Childcare

We adore your little ones, but to maintain a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment, we kindly request that you make other arrangements for their care during your appointment. With our busy schedule and double bookings, this helps keep the salon relaxed and allows us to focus fully on your experience, ensuring good vibes for all.

Redo Policy

Your happiness is everything to us! If for any reason you’re not feeling your hair, let us know within 7 days of your appointment, and we’ll invite you back for a chat to figure out the best fix. We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll always do our best to make sure you leave loving your look. After 7 days, our redo policy no longer applies.

 

Service Fee

We add a 4% service fee at checkout to support everything that makes your salon experience exceptional. This small fee contributes to continued education for our stylists, quality tools, and salon upgrades—ensuring we can provide top-notch service and keep up with the latest techniques and trends. From premium products to creating a welcoming environment, this fee helps us maintain the high standards you expect every visit.
